DMR Progress on Pi-Star

While I've been quiet, I may not have been posting much news, but that is because I have been working away in the background on bringing MMDVMhost to Pi-Star.
Initial testing proves that MMDVMHost works on Pi-Star, but there is some work to do...
*Migrate the base image to Raspbian Jessie-Lite
*Upgrade the web Portal for MMDVMHost
*produce a working image for download
*test test test and more test
